I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The entertainment and friendly atmosphere for families made it enjoyable, but the service was inconsistent, and some aspects of dining were disappointing. I appreciated the spacious rooms and the cleanliness, but the internet issues and language barriers were frustrating. Overall, there were highlights, but improvements are certainly needed.
